Walla Walla Symphony Concert

Our next concert takes place on Saturday, October 30 at 2 pm & 7 pm in the Gesa Power House Theatre. Under the direction of Maestro Yaacov Bergman, members of the Symphony will perform the world premiere of John David Earnest's Scenes in Silver and Black, a double concerto featuring guest artists and Walla Walla Symphony principals Leonard Garrison (flute) and Shannon Scott (clarinet).

Additional pieces include Jessie Montgomery's Banner, featuring a quartet of guest musicians from the Walla Walla Chamber Music Festival, and Impressionist composer Claude Debussy's Prélude à l’après-midi d’un faune.


Single tickets for in-person attendance go on sale Saturday, October 16 for $25 for adults and $15 for students/youth. 


CURRENT HEALTH & SAFETY POLICIES

As a reminder, the following Health & Safety Policies are in place for patrons who attend in person as of September 21, 2021:
  • Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 is required prior to entering the performance venue. Advance proof can be submitted via our Proof of Vaccination form or by emailing info@wwsymphony.org. You may also show proof at the door with a valid photo ID. Please visit our Health & Safety page for acceptable types of proof.
  • Masks must be worn over the mouth and nose AT ALL TIMES (including when conversing with others) and in all areas of the building (including the restroom).
  • Physical distancing is required as much as possible while in the building.
If you are unable to comply with these policies, we ask you to view the concert via Livestream access instead. We also encourage patrons who are feeling unwell to watch from home. If you have tickets to an in-person performance, please contact the office to switch to the Livestream or exchange your tickets to another performance.
