Closing Reception

Douglas is a local Walla Walla resident, the acupuncturist and veteran at the Walla Walla VA hospital. 

After completing his master’s degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2002, he attended the San Diego Art Academy where he was drawn into the world of impressionism and post impressionism. Finding his own style of blending color, light and reflection, he invites viewers to step back and see the “whole picture” but also to move in close and discover the “illusion of detail.”

Douglas will be showing some unique pottery pieces at the reception as well.
